Reign Merch Frequently Asked Questions - U.S. Shipments 

 

How do I make a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it's easy to make an exchange, return and/or get a refund.  For exchanges, please contact us at customerservice@reignmerch.com.  See return policy below.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (additional restrictions apply to exchanges - see below).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@reignmerch.com and send your item to: 7421 Douglas Blvd., Suite N #214, Douglasville GA 30135, United States.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You may be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you may be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer for Exchange - It is best to contact us at customerservice@reignmerch.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at our discretion. Please be aware that items return for exchange must be unused.  A restocking fee may be charged. Upon approval of exchange, a new order will be shipped in an updated size. Additional detail can be found in our Refund & Return Policy.
Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.
 
Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address is Starta 1, 2nd bldg., 3rd fl., Riga, Latvia LV-1026.

 

 

How long does it take to get refunded?

Approximately 5–10 business days after returned merchandise is received. Although we submit any refunds immediately upon receiving returned merchandise, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.

Note: Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will be removed from your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued. 

 

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you receive an email confirming the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We typically send this confirmation email within 2-3 days after you place your order. If you never received a confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us via email (customerservice@reignmerch.com) so we can provide you with the tracking information.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you are shipping to a U.S. Address and you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we can usually cancel or change it. 

Note: Such request(s) must be made during hours of operation (Mon. – Fri. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Please contact us at customerservice@reignmerch.com.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

How Do I get a promo code for my order?

The best way to get promo codes and alerts for other offers is to sign up to receive our emails at checkout.

Note: Promo Codes are subject to expiration dates and other terms and conditions. If the promo code does not work, please review the terms and conditions shown where you received the promo code.

 

How do I change something that is in my shopping cart?

To update the quantity of something in your shopping cart, click on the + or – symbols on either side of the Quantity box. Upon doing so, the quantity will be automatically updated. 

To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the REMOVE link under the item for the style you want to remove.

To add another size or color to an item in your shopping cart, click on the image or product. You will be linked back to the product page for that item, where you can select another color and/or size and add it to your cart.

 

How does ReiGN Merch store my credit card information? 

ReiGN Merch does not store your credit card number. When you make a purchase with your credit card, that information is immediately and securely transmitted to our payment processing vendor to process payment. 

 

What is a CVV number, and why do I still need to enter it at checkout after I have stored a credit card in my account?

CVV numbers are three or four digit security codes displayed on your credit card. They are an anti–fraud security feature that helps verify that you are in possession of your credit card at the time of a purchase. Our payment processing vendor does not store CVV numbers (and neither does ReiGN Merch), so we collect them at each transaction as an additional security measure.

 

Why is the tax on my order estimated?

The amount of tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and may change between the time you place an order and the time that it ships. The actual amount of tax will be calculated based on the applicable state and local taxes at the time of shipment.
